Accounts Payable/Contracts Assistant/Administrative

Seeking individual to join small accounting and marketing staff to type new proposals and add services utilizing existing templates, prepare presentation packages for clients, set up new projects, prepare monthly client invoices, process A/P invoices and payments, answer phones, direct incoming traffic thru front office and coordinate meetings. Other duties as assigned.


  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PDF’s and have excellent typing skills.
  • Must have at least 1 year in working with A/P invoices and payments.
  • Must be organized and have good communication skills.
  • 8 AM – 6 PM M – T (1 hr. lunch), 8 AM – 12 PM F
  • 401K – Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, PTO
  • Location – Downtown Ft. Lauderdale
  • Reports to Vice President and CEO and works with accounting
  • Salary will commensurate with experience.
