Mr. Horowitz is responsible for developing the company’s long and short-term financial strategy while overseeing financial, contractual, legal and human resources. He works directly with both senior management and the board of directors on the company’s long-term strategy.

Prior to joining the Feller Engineering, Mr. Horowitz served as the Chief Financial Officer for Aplifi Inc., a private-equity owned software development business serving the financial services community. Previous experience also includes roles as Assistant Controller for the Miami District Sales office of Trane, a Fortune 500 leader in air conditioning systems, services and solutions; Chief Financial Officer for Bob’s Barricades, the largest rental and service provider of temporary traffic control devices in the state of Florida; Vice President\Corporate Controller with Gulfstream International Airlines, a regional commuter airline with over 200 daily departures; providing scheduled passenger service under code share as “Continental Connection”. In addition, Mr. Horowitz gained public accounting experience with the CPA firms, Ernst & Young and Grant Thornton.

Mr. Horowitz received a Masters degree in Accounting from Nova Southeastern University and holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University. Mr. Horowitz is also a Certified Public Accountant since 1991.
