Miami, Florida – Upgraded both buildings entirely to comply with prevailing building codes and fire codes as well as complete unfinished systems and made buildings 100% operational. Since that time, we have continued to do all building upgrades as well as all tenant engineering in the Miami Center for Lincoln Properties (Jeff Shupert) the new owners.
