Miami Center & Intercontinental Hotel
Miami, Florida – Upgraded both buildings entirely to comply with prevailing building codes and fire codes as well as complete unfinished systems and made buildings 100% operational. Since that time, we have continued to do all building upgrades as well as all tenant engineering in the Miami Center for Lincoln Properties (Jeff Shupert) the new owners.
Turning Stone
Syracuse, NY – Renovation and addition to the Event Center, Tower Hotel and Winter Garden for 400 rooms, 20 story hotel tower and 40,000 sq. ft. casino. The project included upgrade of the existing chilled water plant with heat recovery system, installation of the emergency generators and major expansion of the Event Center.
